Urban Oasis Rooftop Garden Party — Luxury Event Design

This project was about designing a high-impact launch event for a luxury condominium property in the heart of the city. The challenge was to create an exclusive, memorable experience that reflected the sophistication of the brand and appealed to high-net-worth buyers. My solution was the concept of an “Urban Oasis” — transforming a rooftop into a lush sanctuary with greenery, warm lighting, natural textures, and refined details. From spatial design and guest flow to signage, décor, and ambiance, every detail was curated to immerse guests in an atmosphere of elegance. The event was a success, driving $20M+ in sales within the first week, generating organic press, and reinforcing the property’s premium positioning.
